Corporate Insurance Cards: Currently HMI Managed Healthcare (MHC), Alliance, and Mednefits cards are accepted. More corporate insurance cards will be accepted progressively.

Dr Xue Mengchen is our resident doctor at HMI OneCare Clinic Kent Ridge.
Dr Xue graduated from Fudan University School of Medicine in Shanghai in 2014 as a Doctor of Medicine. Shortly after, she moved to Singapore and began her career in public healthcare institutions, gaining valuable experience across a wide range of specialties including Cardiology, Geriatrics, Dermatology, Psychiatry, Paediatrics, Orthopaedics, Urology, Gynaecology, and Emergency Medicine.
In 2017, Dr Xue joined the Family Medicine Residency Training Programme with SingHealth, completing her training in 2020 while practising primarily in polyclinics. She went on to obtain her Master of Medicine in Family Medicine from the National University of Singapore in 2021 and was accredited as a Family Physician in the same year.
With professional experience in both the public and private sectors, Dr Xue is effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin, and is dedicated to delivering holistic, personalised care. Her clinical interests include chronic disease management, mental health, women’s health, and dermatology.
A mother of two, she understands the importance of accessible and compassionate healthcare for families and individuals at every stage of life.
