FAQs on Vaccines

Vaccinations are helpful in preventing diseases and maintaining good health.

Detailed answers to your common questions on our bodies' immune system, what vaccines are, vaccination schedules, and many more, are available on Health Hub.

MOH has published 2 recommended vaccination schedules: the National Adult Immunisation Schedule (NAIS) for adults above 18 years old, and the National Childhood Immunisation Schedule (NCIS) for children below 18 years old.

Subsidies and discounts are available for selected vaccines at OneCare clinics. Find out more here.

While they are often overlooked, vaccinations are key in helping adults prevent various diseases and help you stay healthy.

Some vaccinations, such as the Tdap and Influenza (Flu) vaccine, are recommended for general well-being as they boost your immunity against common diseases.

Other vaccines, such as the Typhoid, Rabies, and Yellow Fever vaccines, are suitable for travellers that are at higher risk of exposure to diseases when they are overseas.

More information of the recommended vaccinations for adults can be found here.

All vaccinations listed on the NAIS are available at OneCare Clinics.
