Dr Ilman graduated from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore in 2012 and has been an accredited Family Physician since 2020. He earned his Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine from NUS in 2018 and Graduate Diploma in Sports Medicine from NTU in 2021. He is a strong believer in a holistic approach to lifestyle-related chronic diseases with an emphasis on exercise. As an attestation of the above, he received accreditation as a Personal Trainer by the National Council on Strength & Fitness (NCSF) in 2018.
Outside of clinical practice, he is an avid volunteer who promotes the adoption of healthy habits amongst the Muslim community. He enjoys coffee and deep philosophical discussions. You may also find him in the gym, running around the neighbourhood, or spending quality time with his family.
