Dr Dave Chan graduated from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore and had broad-based exposure in public healthcare institutions prior to joining the OneCare team in mid-2023.
He is accredited under the PaedsENGAGE programme conducted by KKWCH and NUH to handle non-emergency paediatric cases in the community.
